Tips for Tubing

  • Dress appropriately: Wear comfortable, quick-dry clothing and protext yourself from the sun! Our shop carries sun shirts and variety of hats, sunglasses, and Chums that make the perfect tubing outfit!

  • Protect your gear and phone: Tubing can be a day-long adventure, so be sure to bring a dry bag for your belongings and put your phone in a dry case. Pack a towel for when you’re ready to dry off at the end of the day! We have towels and several sizes of dry bags at our shop.

  • Bring the right cooler: Float Eureka’s IceMule coolers, available for sale and rental, are the perfect tubing coolers because of their soft shell and great insulation.

  • Respect nature: When tubing, it's crucial to leave no trace and respect our lakes and rivers. Dispose of your trash only in trash cans (please do not litter) and you’re welcome to bring trash and recycling back to our office.

  • Pay day use fees: Water access areas around Eureka Springs often charge a small day use fee in order to access them. Please pay these if required.

We do not shuttle tubes and will not rent tubes for the White River just below Beaver Dam due to the temperature of the water and length between put ins. If you’d like to do a longer stretch of the river, please plan to do one of our kayak, tandem kayak, or canoe float trips!
